22 degrees and cloudy. Cooper is 4 months old today. Rang Annalise so she can give him a cuddle from me. All doing well - only Beau has a bit of a cold. Her mum, Lynda and Simon are moving into the house they bought in Bayview so she will be close again when she is home from work.
Went for a walk through the bushland again. Great to have a good place to walk close to the house.
Heard back from our friends around here. All good to visit Phil & Helen and use their driveway as a overnight park. Arranged to visit Susan & Ross for a cuppa Sat morning then join Helen & Julie in the afternoon for a cuppa. Libby & Chris now live in Burpengary so will call on them Sun morning on our way to Bribie Island.
Packed up then joined Jenny and Paul for a cuppa before we headed off. Jenny will pick us up from the Roma St train station and take us to our hotel at the airport for our NZ trip. Very nice of her to offer, certainly will save us some hassle and money.
Programmed Google maps again for Phil and Helen’s place at Clontarf. No problems at all. Across the bridge which we went over before. We had explored around here when we visited last time so I didn’t worry about taking more photos.
Joined Phil and Helen for a cuppa. They have a lovely garden though it is a lot of work. They both like gardening.
We had lunch in the camper. One of the actuators is starting to play up so Steve changed it with a spare he kept.
Back into the house for a cuppa and more chat.
We parked the camper in the driveway for the night - trees have grown since our last visit but we fitted.
I said goodnight then headed into the camper to cook our own dinner. I didn’t want to disturb their routine.
Rang Dan for a catch-up. They were heading to the hospital to visit Fran’s mum, Val. Complications from the chemo she is on. Hope things improve for her.
