Clear blue sky, light breeze, 17 degrees.
Continued east towards Leinster. 5 big wind turbines near the Agnew mining area. They are mesmerizing to watch slowly rotate around.
Reached the Goldfields Highway then turned into Leinster (BHP Nickel mine town) for fuel, $2.429/L.
Back out to the Hole in the Rock to have a cuppa.
Onto the highway then headed south towards Leonora.
Amazing mine dump that is now a huge long hill of Thunderbox Mine. We turned off opposite to the pending area around Goanna Patch South Mine.
Parked up in the trees though the clouds are blocking out the sun so it isn’t very hot and the wind is back.
Very windy afternoon so drinks and games inside.
7pm 24 degrees so very pleasant evening watching TV.
