Tues, 10th June, 2025 Bush camp on Valroc leases, east of Nullagine, WA

11.7 degrees this morning so we put the heater on to keep us comfortable while we had breakfast. Ray and Carol were heading off early as usual - we were still in bed so we said bye through the window. Will catch up with them on one of the pending leases as we head back to Nullagine.

Clear sky and breezy as we headed back out to the main track then into the water point to get some water to do our washing at our next camp.

Nice smooth road - thanks Mr Grader Driver, as we drove back out to the main Nullagine/Woodie Woodie road then along a bit to a track into another one of the Valroc leases. Up and over a steep hill - I just close my eyes then the track petered out so Steve made his way through the spinifex to a clearing and we set up there.

Steve set up the washing machine and a clothes line - no trees here so he used a couple of poles and the camper. Nice warm sunshine and good breeze.

Steve went wandering.

After lunch Steve went for a big walk while I did my cross-stitch.

Max of 27 today and about 2pm the wind stopped.

Nice afternoon by the fire watching the stars appear then we spotted a couple of satellites before going inside to cook dinner.
