Tues, 21st June, 2016 Lake Mason Homestead, 56km NE of Sandstone, WA (Anthony’s birthday)

Anthony’s birthday today – he would have been 25.

Light rain through the night. 17 degrees in the van at 7.30am with light drizzle.

Jeff got the wood stove going in the kitchen so we moved in there to chat. I put a roast in the Ecopot and heated it on the woodstove – saving our gas.

Rang the girls at Tuckshop to wish them happy holidays which start after Friday. Dot was there too so chatted with her as well. Jenny and Rochelle were off so will ring them soon for their birthdays.

Yummy toasted sandwiches and soup today for lunch as it is cold and wet.

Showed Jeff the new GeoMap and we looked up where our 40E is and marked its boundaries etc.

Quiet afternoon reading and then working on my family tree photos. Steve brought our 5pm drinks into the kitchen. He had put the heater on in the van as it was only 13 degrees in there.

Jeff put on the genie again so we headed back to the van for dinner and to charge up the laptop again and watch some TV.

NO PHOTOS TODAY.
