Bit
of a bumpy start as we climbed into the sky from Perth but then we got about 3
hours snoozing before starting the descent into Cairns. Due to the time change
we landed at 6am. Jon picked us up in his girlfriend’s new car as there isn’t
much room in his ute!!
So
great to see him again. Nice cool morning for Cairns (21 degrees). Jon dropped
us off at Mum and Dad’s then headed off to work. Big hugs and kisses with Mum
and Dad – so glad to be home to see them both again. Mum was tired but feeling
a lot better now the medication she is on is making her feel a lot better.
Had
a chat then we hit the sack for a couple of hours. The day warmed us – so nice
to be home. Greg called in too.
Mum
feeling well enough so we headed down to Brothers for dinner with Val – another
one I didn’t expect to see again but since she said no to any more medical
intervention she has improved and improved – the doctors think she is the
Miracle Lady!!
