Had morning tea then drove into Mandurah with Bob and Margaret to the train station. Caught the train into Perth then changed onto the train to the Perth Casino.
Got there at 12 so had lunch then headed to the pokies to play a few dollars for Erica. Hopefully she is sharing her luck with us today.
Jon texted - he and Annalise had lost their $20 at Cazallys. Dan was going to Brothers after work.
I showed Bob how to play and refreshed Margaret but it was hard to find a 1 cent machine that you can play just 5 or 10 lines on and all the others are 2, 3, 5, 6, 10 cent and $1 min. They are all geared for 25 or 50 cent minimum bets. I found the Bubble one that I have had wins on, it is a 25 min bet but Erica liked playing those types to get the better jackpots so I gave it a go. Chewed up $13 before I got a good win and a few more bits so I was $5 in profit.

Steve had lost $30 so he gave up. Bob was up $2 but Margaret had lost hers. I went back to Bubbles and got a $20 bubble.

Chatted with 'Erica' to keep it going and got another one. The next roll of the bubble didn’t pay then Steve came over so he pressed the button and we got another $20 so we are $10 in profit. Time to go - when you have had a win!
Had a cuppa then caught the courtesy bus back to the train station and headed back into Perth then onto the one back to Mandurah. It was a bit crowded as we got the school kids and workers so Steve and I had to stand for a bit. Unfortunately there was a lady and her 3 brats - well one was not too bad but the other boy and girl were just horrific and the mother had no control even with threats. The kids were shouting that they didn’t want to go to their dad’s because he was no fun. Sad to see such behaviour and that the mother had no control of her kids at such a young age.
Sent off message to Geck FB page of our day out and that Erica sent down some luck to me. No luck for any of the others unfortunately.
