Tues, 23rd June, 2015 ‘Waanyarra’, Dunolly State Forest

7.30am 10 degrees in the van. 9am it was 8 degrees outside. Lovely clear sky. Did the washing – takes 2 hours but it was lovely outside and I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine. Light breeze and the sun is on the clothes so they might dry ok.

Steve had no luck again – lucky it is only a hobby!! He is doing his best for Clean Up Australia!! It is 12 degrees and feels cooler in the shade. Gave Steve a haircut while sitting in the sunshine.

I went for an hour walk along Wet Gully Track to Canns Track and back – will try and do that each day. The clouds are coming over. Most of the washing is dry but cool. Will warm things up with the heater so I can put them away.

Got the fire going for the bushcooker – T-bones and roast veg tonight. Steve came back at 5 and then a few drops of rain fell while we were relaxing by the fire. Luckily it just passed over. I rang Rebecca for a chat while Steve attended to dinner. Cooked perfectly.

Light showers of rain during the night making it not as cold.

NO PHOTOS TODAY.
