Thurs, 1st June, 2017 Bush camp, near Meekatharra, WA

First day of winter – I think the seasons are out of whack as it is a lovely warm morning after a warm night, probably because of the cloud cover. 7.30am 20 degrees in the van with the door open!!

The rooster doesn’t know when sunrise is either as he goes off any old time. I got up early and worked on my blog.

Kevin & Linda went into Meeka for some food etc.

The wind picked up and blew all the clouds away. Lovely warm day.

Steve continued with the plumbing and I detected along the old road. 

Lara is very happy with the plumbing and is going to enjoy a lovely hot shower tonight.

The wind stopped as the sun set. We all joined Ross & Lara at their place for drinks.

Dinner by our fire. A few clouds coming back over.
