6.30am
some annoying crows decided to have a meeting on the roof of the van. Jumping
up and down on the roof and calling out.
7.15
24 degrees, clear sky and strong ESE wind.
I
did some washing, worked on my blog and continued with my jigsaw. Windy
morning.
Steve
decided to drive back out to Grey Mare Well to check the pump was still pumping
up water. It had stopped so he shut it off again. He tried a few places
detecting on the way back but this area to the east doesn’t seem to have gold
on the surface.
35
degrees at lunch time, hot wind blowing.
Kerry
and Brian are at Gnomesville and were trying to find Noel Jnr but we couldn’t
find him either so hopefully he is having a trip with someone. They brought a
gnome to leave there too.
Steve
finished connecting up the gas hot water for the shower block.
Quiet
afternoon pottering about.
Lovely
breeze – sat on the verandah for dinner enjoying the twilight colours.
8pm
35 degrees.
10pm
the nice breeze was still blowing as we headed off to bed – no need for a fan.
NO
