16.4 degrees this morning - warmer as there is a heavy looking cloud band over us.
Continued on the road to the old Yandal Station homestead then onto the track to the lease we are allowed to detect on.
Parked up at the first interesting area.
We all went wandering. The cloud has thinned but it has made it a humid day and there is only a light breeze.
After lunch we moved further along the track and set up for the night.
Went for a wander.
Got to 30 degrees but there is a nice cool breeze now. The sky is still hazy and blocking out the sun.
After smoko Steve went out and I caught up on my blog. Ray and Carol have Starlink so we can hook up to that when they have it on which is great as I am only getting intermittent service on my phone. Enough to get texts through.
Nice afternoon chatting over drinks and waving our flies swats to keep the flies at bay till the sun sets.
