Fri, 8th June, 2018 Bush camp, Ruby Plains Mine, south of Halls Creek, WA

7am 16 degrees, was down to 11.7 degrees – now that’s getting a bit chilly. Clear sky and no wind so it warms up quickly.

8am 22.5 degrees and the breeze is just starting.

I worked on my blog while Steve went detecting. No joy for him but I got a fair bit done.

He kept trying but nothing other than a horse bit from an old timer’s horse.

4.30pm the sun has dropped behind the hill and the temperature is dropping quickly after a nice hot day, 32.7 degrees.

Lovely evening by the fire, no satellites though, only planes tonight. So many stars it is mesmerizing.

Played some Dice for a change but then went back to Skipbo – who cares who wins hey!!
