Day
out with Mum and Val, lovely lunch but no joy from the pokies.
Went
to the physio to get some exercises for my shoulder. Got to get it all strong
for detecting time next year!!
Dropped
of Mum then went around to Kaylene’s for a cuppa. Dawn flies back to Melbourne
on Sunday so said bye to her. Rick is heading up tomorrow to meet Steve for a
few days of detecting.
Called
in to the boys and they were both home. Got Dan’s pants to take up for him and chatted
for a bit. He had put up his curtain in his media room. Jon’s kitchen looks
good and they have a new dining table. Chatted for a bit and picked up some
papers from our stuff stored there. So lovely to see them as they are young men
with busy lives. They make us both very proud they are both so confident and
working hard – though a few more phone calls would be nice!! But I have to
remember they are boys and Steve was just the same – it is me that makes all
the phone calls to his parents!! Ha ha.
Steve
rang – all good it is very hot and storms have been brewing. He will be home on
Sunday.
