Bit
cloudy and a warm morning.
Drove
into town for morning tea with Kev and Linda. Gave back ‘Kimberley Sun’ to
Linda – great book – I can’t wait to visit Broome now.
Downloaded
my GeoMaps for them onto their laptop and found out why it wasn’t working on
Margaret’s laptop so I will update hers later.
Around
to Shane and Doreen’s for lunch and to hear about their trip to Vietnam and
Singapore. Great photos. They are planning a trip back across to Mt Isa so we
filled them in on what good maps etc to get and great places to go.
The
breeze coming in off the Mandurah Estuary was so cold we had to close the door.
Back
late to Bob and Margaret’s but not too late to have a drink with them. Fixed the problem with Margaret's laptop and now they have GeoMaps to use for detecting too.
Late
dinner and more Olympics – at least it is better than the other rubbish that is
on Free TV nowadays. We had watched the new one ‘Red Sun’ thinking it was a new
series but the rest of it is only on 7Plus which you have to watch on your
phone/Ipad using the internet – really!!
