on with the packing. Took all day but we are making some headway. Trying to
work out where to put things and how to fit them in the best is such fun!!
Erica
rang while we were out chatting so I rang her back. Checking when we were
heading off. Will give them all a call on Tuesday from Wiluna before we head
onto the Canning Stock Route.
Group
dinner at the camp tonight and a great time chatting. Learnt lots about
drilling rigs – they can go down 2km and there is one out from Wiluna trying to
get to 3km. Also they don’t necessarily go straight down – quite amazing. Lara
cooked a camel pie so we had a taste before buying one at Birdsville.
No
wind tonight so it was very pleasant.
