Good
Friday, 20 degrees, no wind and the sun is out. A high is moving over SA so
hopefully we will get some good weather for Easter. The park is filling up.
Quiet
morning catching up on my blog while Steve rotated the tyres and fixed a brake
on one of the caravan wheels.
Got
out the games and has a few rounds of Sequence then got out the Yahtzee. The
young group behind us were playing Beer Pong which reminded us of the boys.
They also had a border collie like Jon’s and he was very well behaved.
The
gasfitter was called again when Leanne put some biscuits in the oven and it
went out. Their regulator broke, luckily Steve had a spare under the bed.
Leanne
& I went for a walk after lunch to try and photograph the campground but
there were too many trees in the road.
Got
the boys then did a walk around the campground. Even though it is crowded it
doesn’t feel overwhelming.
The
kids are having fun. Wonder if they would let me jump too!!
Walked
down to the beach. Lovely day but still too cool for us to get in and swim.
Went
out onto the jetty to see who was catching what.
Looking
back over the campground (zoomed in).
No
much happening then a lady with a cheap little Big W rod and reel pulled in a
nice King George Whiting. I helped her get the hook out then she took it up to
the guys near her. She then told us she doesn’t eat fish and was giving them to
the guys!! She had already given them one!! She could have given it to me!!
Nice that she was fishing with her daughters, anycase. The little girls were
very excited so maybe the noise brought her the fish!!
Back
to camp for drinks then dinner. 7pm it was 19 degrees.
Rang
Wendy and Dave for a catchup.
