7.30am
19 degrees, clear sky and strong wind blowing which started at midnight.
Did
our washing then pulled out the carpet and cleaned the mats and floor. Nice to
have it clean again after all the dust etc.

Malcolm and Kerry – cold in Tassie but they will warm up soon as they are going
to Darwin for Sprintcar meeting.
Steve
had a look at our TV aerial as we haven’t been able to get normal TV reception
– a bit corroded so that might have to be replaced one day. Not that there is
anything much to watch on normal TV anymore and most of the time we don’t camp
where we can get reception any case. Will have to get a new radio aerial too as
that fell of somewhere!!
Finished
off our books.

Mum and Dad so see what the Doctor said about Dad’s knees. This is the Doctor
Kerry told me about who extracts some blood then centrifuges out the while
cells and injects that into the knee space. Her friend had remarkable
improvement after one visit. Doctor is happy for Dad to have it, he just needs
an xray and they will do it on the 20th. Hope it gives him some pain
relief for his knees and more mobility. Much better than a knee operation.

Erica and Terry to let them know about it as Terry’s knees are bad too. Maybe
they can stay longer in October and get it done too. Erica will look into it.
Steve and Terry had a good chat too, just in case we don’t have phone reception
for Steve’s birthday.
Wind
still blowing so we had our drinks inside playing cards again. So glad Steve
likes playing Skipbo and 3 to Kings.
