degrees in and 4.1 degrees outside at 8am. Overcast again. I worked on my blog
and Steve went for a walk. Chatted with a guy further up the hill who has spent
all his money setting himself up with truck, swag etc and the latest metal
detector but hasn’t found anything yet.
Lunchtime
it was still only 5.7 degrees outside – the heater getting a work out today.
Rain started so spent the afternoon reading books and watching TV.

Mum and Dad as the weather said Cairns was going to have 9 degrees overnight –
you poor things!!

Wendy to see how she is after saying bye to Sarah.

and Terry rang from Charters Towers, heading for Chudleigh Park to find
gemstones with Brian. Inland Queensland has been just as cold as us so we may
as well be here in Victoria. Anne put on Facebook that it was minus 3 in
Herberton this morning!!
