Muggy
morning but the sky is clear and blue.
Met
Suzanne for a cuppa and chat then joined Steve for a cuppa at Pinks. All the
farewells now.
Picked
up Mum & Dad and into town for lunch at a lovely French restaurant, Cest
Bon, with some of the BSES (Sugar Experiment Station) people Dad and I worked
with, 30 years ago. So wonderful to catch up with them all and the food was
devine.
Dropped
off Mum & Dad then met the Tuckshop girls for one last cuppa at DFO
Shopping Centre.
Back
home to collect Steve then down to the Esplanade for dinner with Kaylene and
Rick. Strong sea wind with was great while you are on the Esplanade otherwise
it is a very warm and muggy night. Wandered along the boardwalk to check out
the big Christmas tree. I didn’t have my camera but Kaylene got a photo on her
phone.
Finished
off with Sorbet and Gelato from our favourite shop then walked back to the car –
should have walked faster to work off the sorbet!!!
Home
for a cuppa and watch Lewis with Mum, Dad and Greg.
