Sat, 13th Jan, 2018 Bob & Margaret’s, near Mandurah, WA (Bob’s Triumph TR3B)

Warmer morning, clear sky.

Bob’s birthday today so Steve decided to give him one of his coils for his detector which Bob thought was wonderful. They have both been so wonderful having us park up here for so long.

After lunch some of their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren came over so we had a nice party afternoon. Bob got his Triumph TR3B out and took a few for a burn around the street.

Standing on the verandah gives us a good view of the top of the truck and van.

Margaret’s son-in-law made this great goanna out of different sized bike chains.

After drinks with Bob and Margaret we went for our walk in the strong wind again.

Jon had texted to say he got 2nd in his first golf tournament and won $56. Well done. Erica rang about some family history stuff – she is trying to get it all up-to-date so she can close the book on it.

Warmer evening though still windy. Rain is forecast for Monday & Tuesday.
