Went
up for a cuppa with Margaret as Bob was in town. My Desert Parks Pass arrived
from South Aust National Parks. That was $160 for the year pass but at least
you don’t have to pay to camp as well. Though when I looked at the receipt it
showed $30 for Parks Pass, $72 for camping and $58 for the handbook which
includes info and 3 maps. When I had looked at the campsites they were listed
as $18 per night.
The
sky has cleared and more blue sky is appearing.
Finished
off Margaret’s ‘A Fortunate Life’ by Albert Facey. Very interesting read –
means a lot more now we have seen a lot of the area he talked about.
Took
Bob & Margaret for dinner at Halls Head to the Lone Star Ribs Restaurant.
Great service and delicious food. We were all very full after that.
