Mon, 4th Apr, 2016 Perlubie Beach, Eyre Peninsula, SA

14.7 degrees this morning – a bit chilly but all good when you have a diesel heater!!

Had a cuppa looking over the bay, tides in now.

Steve got hold of the camera and guess what I find when I download the photos – a girl!! He said he was taking a photo of the island!!

He wandered out in the very shallow water for a sea view angle of the beach.

Does he look bogged. Oh it was the girl again!!

Further along the beach is a good dune to slide down.

Maybe we should have a couple of these so we can get out to the fish.

Steve went for a wander and a chat with the other vanners. I continued on trying to catch up on my blog. Washed my hair as it was like straw from all the salt and wind yesterday.

People leave and arrive. This guy decided to try and back in – bad idea. Steve went down to help get him out.

I found highlights of the V8 races at Symmons Plains, Tassie on the V8 Supercar website so we got a quick overview of what happened.

Kylie texted they were on their way here. They set up beside us. Got out the drinks once they were set up. Toby saw a sea lion under the jetty at Streaky Bay and was able to walk up fairly close to it and Kylie got some great photos.

Another beautiful sunset.

A lot cooler tonight, put the heater on!!
