29 degrees, clear sky and light breeze. Up early so we can get to Kalgoorlie
early to get our shopping done and enjoy a leisurely lunch with Geoff and
Virginia.

Tenille a happy birthday text. She replied she is enjoying her work as a
paramedic and is now being posted to Tully.
Had
a good day and lovely lunch. So nice to catch up with Geoff and Virginia again.
Had lunch in the Paddy’s Restaurant in the Exchange Hotel. Hopefully we will
see them later when it cools down a bit and do some detecting with them.
Back
to the homestead to drop of Kym and Glen’s shopping then headed home as the sun
set. As we turned onto our track in the full moon was rising in the east –
lovely and big with a reddish glow.
7.30pm
39 degrees in the van. Unpacked and had an easy dinner then watched a movie
using our new speakers we got from Target for $5. They are for laptops but work
well for us to boost up the sound of some of our movies that are recorded too
quietly.
Pleasant
enough sleeping with our fan going.
