Blue
sky out one window and dark clouds out the other.
Went
for a walk and the waves are crashing over the rocks. The wind feels a bit
warmer with the sun out.
Rang
Val to wish her a happy birthday. Caught her just before heading out to lunch
with her daughters and their husbands. She is an amazing woman.
Drove
up the hill for better internet reception and uploaded a few days onto my blog
and updated everyone on Facebook. My camera is being replaced under warranty an
email advised me so I arranged to have it posted to Esperance. Australia Post
has a new online thing so you can check your mail and get it posted to
different places so I joined up.
After
lunch we got out the washing machine as it is looking a bit better and got the
important items washed – undies!! Got them dry and a few other things which was
good. Will do the rest tomorrow.
Anna
came bearing beers to say thanks for the water we got them. Poured myself a
wine instead and we chatted. Got onto movies and discovered she had some and I
had the Harry Potter movies her kids would love so we settled in with another
drink to do the transfers. Jeff and Steve joined us in the van. They are
heading off tomorrow.
The
rain has stopped but the wind is still strong though we are protected in our
campsite.
