Mon, 20th Mar, 2017 Kev & Linda’s farm stay, Hopetoun, WA

15.6 degrees at 7am. Rained earlier and now the clouds are hanging over us.

I tried Mum again and got no answer so rang Greg. Their phone is still playing up ever since they changed to NBN and she hasn’t got the hang of her mobile phone yet.

Steve and Kev worked on Kev’s van’s awning. I taught Linda how to play Sequence.

Pottered around for the day then Kev went into town for a fish. We played Skipbo again with Linda – Steve really likes this game!!

Another clear night as we head back to the van for dinner. Mum rang back - all good though Dad’s heart is playing up now but it’s under control.

Ross rang to see when we were heading into the goldfields as he needs some parts brought up from Kalgoorlie. I asked if he could suggest any places to detect around Kal and he said his son had a lease and we could go there which will be very handy. We will be able to show Kev & Linda about as they have their 2300 now.

A lot colder tonight so put the heater on to take the nip out of the air while we watched TV and to make sure it still works ok.

NO PHOTOS TODAY.
