20.6 degrees, overcast.
Detected
for the morning then headed into town for a late lunch and to do our shopping
etc.
It
was a nice temperature but still cloudy in town. Steve had to get a passport
photo taken and certified by a JP for his gas licence – they are now doing it
with a photo on it so that took a bit of sorting out. Found a wedding card and
posted it off to Erica and Terry for their 60th wedding anniversary
in September (not a great deal of cards to choose from here).
Late
cuppa in the par so we rang Rick to see how he is progressing – slowly but
positively. Did a video chat with Mum and Dad though the signal still wasn’t
the greatest. Rang Erica and decided just to chat with her as it was late.
Headed
home in the dark – spotted two little grey bush bunnies – they were so cute.
Only one silly cow on the road who didn’t want to move so we just slowly went
around him.
As
we were unpacking we noticed lightning flashes to the NE.
Leftovers
for dinner which was very handy.
