Wed, 6th Sept, 2017 Bush camp, near Meekatharra, WA

7am 15 degrees, band of cloud coming across from the northeast.

Headed out detecting though the dark clouds obviously had lightning spikes in them as they were making the detectors ‘ping’ again.

Overcast day, quite windy but not too cold.

Finished detecting early in the afternoon so joined Tom and Sandy in collecting firewood. Handy having the tip up trailer to load and unload it with.

The wind stopped and heavier clouds are hanging over us – rain is forecast for tomorrow.

Steve and I had a few games of Sequence outside – Steve 2 me 1!! Sandy joined us.

Tom and Ross joined us around the fire after we finished playing Sequence. Clouds moved south as the sun set so we sat around fire waiting for our roast to cook and watched the full moon rise.

NO PHOTOS TODAY.
