Chatty
breakfast with Mum and Dad.
Down
for a cuppa with Pinks. So great to Tracy and Grant again. George has gotten so
tall and very handsome. Had a great chat with them over coffee then Jacinta
arrived too which was wonderful. Heard all her ‘hiking’ plans – so glad she has
the energy!!
Drove
around to Trinity Bay High School and headed to Tuckshop to surprise the girls.
Worked well – I said I needed a job and I had one that minute!! Counting
uniforms ha ha. Had lunch with them and caught up on the goss. They are all
working full time now as it is just so busy and they have got a new Uniform
Shop they are setting up across from the Tuckshop which will make things
easier.
Around
to DFO for a cuppa with Sandra and caught up on her news then around to Jon to
get my mail etc and have a play with the dogs, Bandit and Lily. He also had
Erica’s photo book she created for the Miller Meyer descendants. She has done a
lot of work and it looks great.
Another
afternoon storm built up and came over but only a quick shower of rain so it
made it more humid. No need for hot water for showers!!
Home
again. Rang Brian to arrange watching V8s on the weekend – he heard I was home
from Jon. Then rang David and Amanda to chat since we didn’t get him for his
birthday. All the rain they are having has affected the phone lines.

degrees today with 90% humidity!!
Picked
up Val with Mum and Dad and went to Brothers for dinner in the air
conditioning. Marion and Ray joined us too so we had a great night though the
pokies weren’t very nice!
