doing so much better which is fabulous.
Met
up with Kaylene, Wendy and Rebecca for a cuppa then wander around Central. Not
too many shops have changed. Wendy left then we headed to DFO for lunch after
buying some long sleeve shirts at Rivers that were on sale – I have worn my
other ones out as we have been in winter clothes more than summer clothes.
As
we were having lunch Steve walked in to check out jeans at Rivers so we all
helped him chose three pairs as they were 50% off. That should get him through
for another year or so. Maralyn & Greg were shopping for jeans too so we
had a great chat and will get up to Yungaburra to see them soon. Steve has had
a nice morning too catching up with friends.
Andrea
arrived for a cuppa then we went shopping for new cheap sunglasses for me –
bargain $100 pair reduced to $25 and they look nice too!!
Home
for a bit then down to the Esplanade for dinner with Rick and Kaylene. Tide was
in so it was very pleasant. Went around to Wendy and Dave’s for a cuppa. We had
our gold with us to show them. Steve had got some acid so he had cleaned up his
little bits of gold.
