Rain
started during the night and kept going through the morning. Steve put the
generator on so we could charge the batteries while we watched the V8
broadcast. Dreary day so glad we weren’t planning any sightseeing.

Top 10 Shootout with the 4 manufacturers in it. Jamie Whincup got pole. Chaz
Mostert did any amazing lap too considering his horrendous crash in qualifying
last year.
More
heavy rain and wind in the arvo. Steve coloured my hair then when the rain
eased a bit we went over to the house verandah so I could cut his hair. All
ready to fly home tomorrow night.
