Fri, 14th July, 2017 Bush camp, near Meekatharra, WA

7am 11.5 degrees, clear sky.

Detected some other scrapes the other couple have been doing as they are going to go over ours now we are all finished.

Hotter day – 28 degrees in the van at lunch time. Nice to be able to open the windows to get a breeze!!

Sandy and I played Dice in the afternoon. I had shorts on so got a bit of a tan on my legs.

While we were having drinks after sunset I saw a falling star and said to the others. It must have been space junk as it took a long time to fall so they all watched it too. It burst into flames leaving a trail but then burnt out just about the tree line – somewhere to the north east. It was amazing to see.
