13.4 degrees, clear sky. Much nicer!!
We
have another family of birds coming for breakfast. These ones have a full black
chest but look to be the same as the others, a type of butcher bird.
Ross
rang – they are back in Perth after their cruise. They had a great time. Should
be up here by the end of next week. Steve gave him a list of plumbing bits to
get so he can connect up the other donga.
Charles
texted – Steve had tried to ring him last week. He has been reading a book a
chap wrote about Bruce’s murder and is going to send us a copy, which is lovely
of him to do.
After
lunch clouds started to come over but it was still a lovely temperature day.
Just a light breeze. Steve fiddled around with the plumbing then went for a
walk to find some gold but no luck for him. I found a few little nuglets on
some old timer scrapes nearby.
