Steph a birthday message. She is off to the races for Ladies Day, hence we are
having her party next weekend.
Cuppa
with Kaylene and Dawn.
Met
the ladies who I went to the Melbourne Cup with, in Melbourne 2014, for lunch.
Had a great time catching up.
Did
some shopping then home for drinks.
Steve
and I went for a walk along the Esplanade. The lagoon is open again and lots of
people were milling about.
The
Amateur’s Ball was on so there were lots of people around another one of Louis’
marquees at the end of the lagoon.
We
walked out to the main breakwater for the marina checking out the flash big
boats. As the tide was in there was lots of bait near the end and then some
barramundi started hitting the bait making big ‘smack’ sounds. Shame we didn’t
have a rod.
